Symptoms of listeriosis include:

- Nausea
- Diarrhea
If the infection spreads to the nervous system, symptoms may include:

Kroger is asking customers who purchased any recalled chicken salad to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
To date, no listeria infections or any other illnesses have been associated with the recall, Kroger said.
